Testimonials:

As a Type 2 diabetic, my doctor told me to get out and get some exercise.  I have been studying under Sifu Bork for over 3 years.  My blood sugar levels are back to normal and I feel great every day.  The Kung Fu training has given me an extra boost of self-confidence as well.  Sifu Bork knows exactly what areas to focus on.  He will only push me harder if I ask him to.  Otherwise, he allows me to work at my own pace and do only as much as I feel comfortable doing.
